Travel with me!
So much of what I’ve learned about cheese comes from travel. For the last 10 years, I’ve partnered with Cheese Journeys as a co-host to dairy-centric destinations around Europe. These are beautifully curated tours by Anna Juhl, with back-door access to the best makers, cheese caves, and markets, plus we invite local artisans to dinner. Since we travel with private chefs, the meals are marvelous — and a great way to learn about local dishes & wines.
I teach cheese education workshops along the way and serve special pairings each evening — ever had a martini and Pecorino? Plus, I’m always happy to offer guidance on food photography and social media. In 2024, I’ll be co-hosting Cheese Journeys to Northern Italy (June 11-22) and the Alpine Regions of France & Switzerland (July 3-14)!
